I FEEL BETTER

i doubted i could go for this but it is great. My wife the chef loves this book and agreed to make me any dish in here i wanted if i would read it and try this. I can not believe how much weight i have lost and how much better i feel. The cabbage soup with CURRY is amazing. The flavors are way ahead of anything i have had before and it has the high praise of my wife who is an exectuive chef at a high level restaurant. I am not allowed to say where. I have now tried all of the recipes and the one using frozen vegetables i can make myself and it is great. Even my buddy's the pizza and beer bunch like it. I highly recommend and it is easy to understand and follow. A friend said it is really an improvement over the first book. Try it you will not be disappointed.

A Soup Recipe from the Internet

The recipes in this book can be found on the internet easily by seaching cabbage soup diet. The book has one recipe I really enjoyed, "The Malayasian Cabbage Soup." There's also one made out of frozen veggies which was surprising good. The other recipe that seems interesting but I have not made is the one with yogurt and pecorino cheese but you can only have that one on banana day. I liked the book and I was glad I bought it inspite of being on the internet because there were a few recipes with a different twist.
